The total length of Haihua Island No.1 Bridge in Danzhou, Hainan is about 500 meters, with a steel consumption of about 2000 tons. Decorative steel structures are designed on both sides of the bridge in the form of box beams. The overall structure is wavy, with almost all beams having different lengths and curvatures. The workload for design modeling and processing production is very large. Due to the structure being distributed on both sides of the main bridge and cantilevered outside the main bridge, the entire construction process requires the cooperation of a crane for high-altitude operations. The difficulty of on-site assembly is very high, and the requirements for angle control are very high, fully reflecting the business capabilities of the company team.
